Spring Ahead!

Any type of change always brings with it adjustment. And it's the adjustment part that is the hardest. So as we adjust to the new time and get the sleep out of our eyes, at Pine Mountain Middle School we will be spending more time in the Computer Lab for Language Arts and Math. As I get aquainted with the programs and the system I hope to be able to measure our progress and report all this to you.

We have a lot of things coming up and I will keep you informed. Tomorrow, March 10 is our field trip with coach and Swift-Cantrell Park. It will be a beautiful day and I will bring sun screen for those who need it. I will try not to send anyone home sunburnt.

I hope all of you will consider the Horizon Baseball teams coming up on April 21st. I sent flyers home and you can sign up on line. It's easy. I signed my grandson up on Saturday. I will be at all the games and hope to see you there.

New Teacher - New Day!

Hello Parents and Students:

I'm Rhonda Herrington and I will be teaching Mrs Reynolds class until the end of this term. I hope to keep good communication with you and welcome you to email me or call me with any questions, concerns or suggestions.

My main goals is to teach students and be able to see measurable improvements in their learning. I'm excited to be at Pine Mountain and feel privileged to be able to teach here. I hope you will be happy with the job I am doing. Parents, I will do everything in my ability to make sure your children are getting the best education I can assist them with.
