Accelerated Math I: We reviewed for the test today which will be Monday. I told the students if they have additional questions as they are studying this weekend they can come in Monday morning at 8:15 and I will help them.
Math 8: Today students took a test on simplfying and solving equations. Their assignment is pages 56, 57 and 58 of their grees practice workbook. We are starting surface area of pyramids and cones tomorrow.

Accelerated Math I: Students began their review for their test on Monday. The test covers 4.1-4.4 and 3.7-3.9. Their assignment is their textbook page 21 #2-38 even, page 88 #16-24 even, page 93 #8-14 even, page 98 #12-16 even, and page 99 #22-26 even.
Math 8: Today we worked on Essential Skills. They have a test tomorrow over the worksheets from Thursday, Friday, and Monday. There will not be a help session in the morning as this is all review.
Accelerated Math I: They were assigned their workbook pages 109-110 #3-21 odd problems. Their test will probably be next Monday.
Math 8: Today we graded the worksheets from Friday and Monday. Students were told that the test on Thursday will have 20 free response questions. The question come from the worksheets on Thursday, Friday and Monday. There will not be a help session Thursday as this is review material.
Acclerated Math I: Students were assigned their workbook pages 102-103 #5-27 for homework.
Math 8: Students were given an opportunity to work on their worksheet from Friday as well as they received a new worksheet today. They have a test on Thursday covering the worksheets from Thursday, Friday and Monday.

Accelerated Math I: Students took notes on section 1-2, 1-3, and 1-4. They were assigned Pages 9-10 #1-23, pages 14-15 #1-22 and Pages 19-20 #1-24 in their workbook. This is not due until Tuesday, May 12.
I was able to upload the multiply and divide radicals worksheet on May 5 entry. The following is yesterday's worksheets that were assigned after the test.
Math 8: Today students took their test on radicals. They received a worksheet on simplfying terms to complete for homework. If I can get the computer to upload the worksheets this evening I will upload them tonight. I have had difficulty getting them to upload at school.
Acclerated Math I: Students were assigned their math 2 workbook pages 4-5 #10-32.
Math 8: Today we reviewed for the test tomorrow over radicals. They also completed essential skills #23.
Accelerated Math I: We took notes on completing the square and they were assigned their workbook pages 96-97 #1-9 and #18-25 for homework.
Math 8: Today students reviewed multiplying and dividing radicals. Their test is on Thursday. They were assigned a worksheet to complete for homework. The computer would not let me upload the worksheet for some reason. I will try to upload and a later date.
